3 RIDICULOUSLY Easy Weight Loss Tips That Can Have You Losing Weight Every Single Day!

To most, losing weight every day seems incredibly impossible. And to others, it seems incredibly unnatural. Well, I say HOGWASH! It is possible and you can do so 100% naturally. In fact, the tips I'm about to share with you has nothing do with buying crazy things, doing crazy things, or doing some type of complicated weight loss "trick". These 3 things are very easy to do and you get started on them RIGHT AWAY. Are you ready? Read on to learn more about 3 things I did that helped me along the way to my successful 52 pound weight loss goal in 8 weeks!
1.) I consumed at least 16 ounces of water as soon as I awoke...

What this did was it increased my metabolism by over 20% for 90 minutes after awaking!
This is something very simple to do. Just have 16 ounces of water ready for you in the morning, and as soon as you awake, drink up!

2.) I consumed 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water throughout the day...

Of course simply drinking that 16 ounces as soon as you awake isn't going to be enough. So, what I recommend for you to do is to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of fresh water throughout the day (taking that 16 ounces you had first thing in the morning into consideration).
So for example, let's say you weigh 170 pounds. The amount of water that is recommended for you to drink based off of 170 pounds is 85 ounces of water for the whole day.
Drinking lots of water has so many benefits it's crazy! Just to name some:
  • You'll boost your metabolism.
  • You'll increase your energy levels during the day.
  • You'll enhance the health of your digestive system.
  • You'll get rid of toxins in your body (which may be adding pounds on to your body by the way).
  • And so much more!
Oh, and one more thing. Please do not think that you have to spend a fortune on bottled spring water. You can save a ton of money (as well as the environment) by simply purchasing an affordable filtration pitcher (such as This Brita Pitcher that I have) or a filtration attachment that you place on your water faucet. The water is just as fresh, just as healthy, but nowhere near the high cost of bottled water!

3.) I did a quick 5 minute routine to jump-start my metabolism as soon as I awoke...
Another thing I did in the morning to help skyrocket my metabolism was I did a quick 5 minute total body-circuit training routine to not just jump-start my metabolism, but to also provide me with some natural energy as soon as I got up.
An example of a routine I would do is something like:
  • 10 push-ups.
  • 25 jumping jacks.
  • 20 mountain climbers.
  • 15 body weight squats.
  • And then jog in place to reach a total of 5 minutes.
Doing a quick routine like the above not only boosts your metabolism and gives you an increase in energy, it will also burn off a good amount of calories as well!

To make losing weight easier so that you'll stay consistent all comes down to taking the most important steps of improving your body and making them easier. In other words, there is nothing different you have to do that is contrary from the basic things that have worked and will always work. Those things are an effective diet, drinking more water, getting more sleep, fitness, and staying consistent.

So, with that said, I have for you below some easy weight loss tips on how you can make the basic steps of health and wellness as simple as possible to stick with:


How To Make Drinking More Water Easier -

For starter's, the ideal amount of water you should drink to get the best benefits of drinking more water (such as reducing water weight, building muscle quicker, cleansing your body, increasing your energy naturally, etc.) is 1/2 your body weight in ounces of fresh water daily.

Now, a couple of the things I do to make drinking lots of water easier is I keep a large jug with me to drink from throughout the day so that I don't have to keep going back and forth getting a drink and you can add some lemon and/or lime juice to water for flavoring.

How To Make Getting More Sleep Easier -

Getting more sleep (7-8 hours every night) will speed up weight loss. The reason why is because sleep itself will burn off calories (up to 500 calories during a full nights rest!), it helps with repairing and building lean muscle tissue, it helps with your natural energy levels, and so much more.

Although sleep is so important, most people still have a hard time getting to bed.

Some of the things I do to make getting to sleep easier is taking a shower or bath close to when I SHOULD be going to bed so that my body will be relaxed and I'll more likely go to bed, I decrease the amount of water I drink closer to when I'm going to bed so that I don't get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom frequently, I avoid sugar too close to going to bed since it could keep you awake, and I avoid eating a large amount of food too close to when I go to bed since excess food that needs to be digested can keep you awake.

How To Make Fitness More Easier -

If getting to the gym is a burden, you could simply workout at home. There are PLENTY of exercises you can do at home with no equipment. You can find free exercise routines online at YouTube, you can download online fitness programs, you could make up your routines, and more.

Clearly, working out at home is by far the best way to make exercising easier. No equipment to worry about, no commuting to the gym, no fitness clothing to worry about, etc.

Now, if you go to the gym (or if you work out a home), the best advice I can give you is to get on a routine. The more of a routine you have, the more likely you'll stick to working out daily.

How To Make Dieting Easier -

The best way to make dieting easier is to go on a diet program that is centered around simple dieting practices.

For example, the diet I went on was based around eating normal foods broken down into 4-5 small simple meals each day... and that's eat. I simply followed the exact program (which designed a customized meal plan for me), and I wound up increasing my metabolism (due to the method the diet is based around) and I burned off 52 pounds of fat in 8 weeks.
